Kaizen
Since its establishment in 1976, with their corporate motto of “creation, challenge and affinity”, the company has worked together with their clients to develop high-quality products directly suited to their needs.
Over the years, the company has developed an advanced manufacturing system which allows them to share necessary information online while introducing state-of-the-art processing equipment to cater for the needs of clients in an efficient and speedy manner. To this end, the company has been vigorously implementing kaizen to improve their products and methods by incorporating inputs from their clients.
The Onox Mtt plant tour is run by Managing Director Aoshima and includes a Q&A session.
