Lorenzo is a Mechanical Engineer, and holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering. He has solid experience in managerial positions at multinational and local companies, and proven achievements in operational excellence integrating TPM and lean tools.
Lorenzo has more than 10 years experience managing production planning and control, reducing working capital, improving customer service levels and improving market share. He has led plant installations, modernization and expansion, as well as restructuring including negotiations with large suppliers, customers and unions.
He possesses skills in shaping and leading executive teams, along with a style of autonomous, proactive management oriented to the achievement of objectives.
Lorenzo is a native speaker of Spanish and has an intermediate level of English.

Lorenzo has been the commercial and operational manager of the Value Chain area, analyzing with his team the complete value chain of the business and applying lean to achieve significant efficiencies, implementing both simple solutions as well as the incorporation of software and other digital technologies.
LC Consulting (Chile) – Director
Being the head of the company, Lorenzo’s role was to explore new clients and projects within which he developed and implemented optimizations through the implementation of lean tools such as value stream mapping and DMAIC; applying change management both within the client’s team and his own.
CIAL (Chile) – Operations Manager
In charge of the operations of the production plants, Lorenzo’s function was to ensure compliance with the production plan, meeting commercial commitments in terms of time, quantity and quality. Lorenzo implemented operational excellence projects allowing cost reductions and Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvements.
ICB (Chile) – Operations Manager
Responsible for the operations of the company where, applying lean, his objective was to improve the availability and reliability of the production lines through the design and implementation of an adequate preventive maintenance strategy.
