Mechanical Engineer with an international MBA in business management and expertise in business intelligence and continuous improvement. With more than 15 years of experience, Adrian has developed and implemented several work models and tools based on the Lean/TPM philosophy.
Adrian was the integrator of the operational excellence model of Heinken (Europe) and Nestlé Waters (Argentina) for Aguas CCU Nestlé. He held positions as head of areas, senior management as well as Plant Manager of Aguas CCU Nestlé in Chile.
Adrian is a goal oriented individual with a focus on both internal and external customers, and is dedicated to the use of standards to drive success.
Adrian is a native Spanish speaker and has an intermediate level of English.

Adrian was in charge of planning, organizing, directing and controlling all activities of the production plant in this position. Reported to the board based on plant results using lean and TPM methodologies. Led the Heineken/Nestlé methodology for plant management with a safety, quality, cost and excellence perspective.

Benchmarking with Spain, Brazil, Argentina and others, integrated the operational excellence methodology used by Heineken in Chile in the non-alcoholic division of the ECCUSA group (3 production plants), training from the first line to the top management in business optimization strategies. International TPM/lean model auditor for the CCU group of companies. Certified TPM/Lean trainer.

Implemented and created a culture of continuous improvement, training the company in the fundamental practices of WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Total Quality Control (TQC), Just in Time (JIT), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Managed cost centers and investments necessary for the development and implementation of lean/TPM projects.
CCentro Español de Talca – General Manager (Chile)
Adrian was responsible for leading and modifying the strategic plan approved by the board of directors to enhance two facilities in the center of Talca with 8 shops and cultural center, plus a sports facility “Estadio Español de Talca” which has 12 hectares with various sports disciplines. The application of lean was an important challenge for this project considering the nature of the business.
