The November 2025 Shinka Management Lean Japan Tour is set to run from Sunday, 9th November to Saturday, 15th November. This intensive lean manufacturing tour program includes expert-led training on the Toyota Production System, interactive kaizen workshops, exclusive factory visits with insights from senior executives, and an opportunity to experience Japan’s unique culture.

The Shinka Management Lean Japan Tour offers participants an opportunity to explore lean management and kaizen practices at their source in Japan.
