Ai Group Lean Manufacturing Special Interest Group Proudly supported by Shinka Management

The second gathering of the Lean Manufacturing Special Interest Group will be held on the 23rd of September 2013. Our guest speaker will be Mark Corser, Site Manager – O’Sullivan Beach, Orrcon Steel. The topic for the gathering will be the rapid changeover methodology known as SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die).

The Lean Manufacturing Special Interest Group was created to increase awareness and proficiency in lean manufacturing practices amongst Australian Industry Group member companies and support staff involved in leading lean management initiatives within their organisations. Group meetings are facilitated by Shinka Management.
