Engaging Shinka Management was the best thing ever. The training was a great way of getting people on different levels involved on the pathway of improvement. The course was conducted very professionally and in a way that you had to get involved, and it was fun! It was good to see how to prepare and present improvements to management to ensure a successful result. All up a great course and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for improvements without spending too much on capital.
