Visual Management is considered fundamental to all kaizen and lean management activities in Japan, allowing issues to quickly be identified and addressed.

In this online event we will share examples of simple, low-cost visual management applications from Japanese industry and society, and the thinking and psychology behind their use.

Through photo and video examples we hope to inspire you to quickly and effectively implement these ideas to improve safety, quality and productivity within your workplace.

Event details

This online event is run free of charge for the lean community – however pre-registration is essential.

The event will be held as a Zoom meeting and participants are encouraged to join in the discussion following the initial presentation. An invitation with a link to join the meeting will be sent to your inbox on approval of your registration.

Two separate sessions will be run to allow participation from different time zones. Session 1 is suitable for participants from Asia Pacific and the Americas. This event, Session 2, is suggested for Europe, MENA and Asia-Pacific.
