• Japanese business etiquette seminar & orientation

Monday: Tokyo – Site Visits & Training
• FMCG factory visit
• Toyota factory and museum visit

Tuesday: Nagoya – Site Visits & Training
• Hi-Ace weld & assembly plant visit
• Practical application of TPS

Wednesday: Nagoya – Site Visits & Training
• Gifu Auto Body 1st tier supplier visit
• Hands-on kaizen activities

Thursday: Nagoya & Osaka – Site Visits
• Metal One Isuzu visit
• Rinnai factory visit

Friday: Nagoya – Site Visit & Debriefing
• Chuo Malleable Iron visit
• Time study and work sampling seminar, debrief session

Saturday: Tokyo – Recovery and Sightseeing
• Tokyo Sightseeing
• Departure from Narita Airport
