YOUR INVITATION TO BECOME A MORE COMPETITIVE BUSINESS

Does your business need to become more competitive?  Ever wondered if lean and competitive systems could improve the bottom line in your organisation? Have you used e-learning before?

The Australian Industry Group invites you to participate in an exciting new initiative to bring lean and competitive systems and practices to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). This is a federally funded e-learning project that will make expert advice and support available to a limited number of enterprises.

About the Offer

All early participants in this exciting new program will receive:

1. A 90 minute briefing introducing lean concepts and how the project can work for your organisation. The briefing will be held from 7.30 -9am on 21 February on the Ground Floor, 5-9 Rundle Street, Kent Town.

2. Access to a new online e-learning tool.  This short online program will help you determine whether lean and competitive practices can bring productivity and profit improvements to your organisation and how to start this process. Participants can complete this in their own time and space for a nominal fee of $25. Enrolment forms for access to the online learning tool will be distributed at the initial briefing.

3. Attendance at a short, follow up workshop on how to effectively plan and implement lean and competitive programs. You will hear from other SMEs, lean experts and workforce development specialists about what training and funding support is available to you and what the implementation options are for your organisation.
