Giving Feedback and Coaching are 2 fundamental responsibilities for the development of people that every team leader must carry out periodically and that are fundamental when implementing a model based on Lean Management.

We will deepen the use of models, which are part of the Shinka Management Way, which will allow us to develop these routines effectively that generate a real impact on people.

Santiago and our guest will also show us real cases of application of these Feedback and Coaching models.
