On behalf of Shinka Management and the USACH Department of Industrial Engineering, I am pleased to invite you to register and participate in a new free webinar for the 2023 cycle on Lean Management.

On this occasion we will talk about 5S, Visual Management and Mieruka, three interrelated concepts that are essential when you want to implement an operating model based on Lean Management since it allows the process to “communicate” through the view.

We will see the importance of the role of a correct implementation of Visual Management in the processes and the importance of 5S. We will also see how the principles, routines and tools of the Shinka Management Way allow us to implement this Visual Management.

We invite you to register and actively participate through questions during the webinar.

This pre-registration webinar-type event is administered by the USACH Department of Industrial Engineering.

This webinar is free for the Shinka Management community and guests of the USACH Department of Industrial Engineering.

Registration closes when the first of the following conditions is met: two hours before each event or when capacity (technical) is complete.
