The April 2025 Lean Japan Tour is scheduled from Sunday 13th April to Saturday 19th April. The Japan industrial study tour program features kaizen and TPS seminars, practical lean training sessions, and factory tours. Participants will visit multiple companies, engage in shop-floor tours, and engage in discussions with senior leaders on topics related to lean manufacturing.
