Lean Japan Tour in Spanish – April 2024 – Shinka Management Kaizen Study Mission
Shinka Management’s Lean Tour in Japan in Spanish will be held from Sunday 21st through to Saturday 27th April 2024. This lean study mission to Japan will be conducted in Spanish and includes Lean seminars, practical Kaizen training and visits to factories for meetings with senior management.

Wednesday: Nagoya – Practical Training
- Standard work seminar
- Toyota final assembly plant tour
- Sightseeing to local castle
Thursday: Nagoya – Site Visits
- Hands-on kanban simulation and kaizen activity
- Suzaki Industries factory tour (Toyota supplier)
Friday: Nagoya – Site Visit & Debriefing
- Site visit or Toyota Commemorative Museum
- Final seminar and tour debrief session
Saturday: Tokyo – Recovery and Sightseeing
