El movimiento de <a title=\"Consultor\u00eda Lean\" href=\"https:\/\/shinkamanagement.com\/es\/lean-consulting\/\">fabricaci\u00f3n ajustada<\/a> se basa en los principios de gesti\u00f3n, las herramientas y la cultura que Toyota lleva desarrollando desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Apoyada en los dos pilares clave de Jidoka (palabra japonesa que puede traducirse como &#8220;automatizaci\u00f3n con toque humano&#8221;) y Just-In-Time, TPS pretende ofrecer alta calidad, plazos de entrega cortos y costes razonables gracias a la creatividad de sus empleados y a un intenso esfuerzo por eliminar desperdicio. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para que tanto las m\u00e1quinas como las personas detengan la producci\u00f3n cuando se produzca un fallo en el equipo o cualquier otra irregularidad para que se corrija inmediatamente. Adem\u00e1s, mejora la productividad sin desperdicio al fabricar y entregar las piezas necesarias en el momento necesario y en la cantidad necesaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shinka Management tiene acceso a nivel de taller a la planta de montaje final que produce el Toyota HiAce y el Toyota Coaster para Toyota Motor Corporation, instalaciones que no est\u00e1n abiertas al p\u00fablico en general.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La visita a la f\u00e1brica incluye el acceso a las l\u00edneas de soldadura (carrocer\u00eda), montaje e inspecci\u00f3n. A diferencia de las visitas p\u00fablicas gratuitas a f\u00e1bricas ofrecidas por Toyota (actualmente suspendidas indefinidamente a ra\u00edz de la pandemia), que se centran en temas generales, las visitas de Shinka Management se centran en la aplicaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Producci\u00f3n Toyota y est\u00e1n dirigidas por uno de nuestros Sensei, ex del Grupo Toyota.<\/p>\n<p>La visita a la f\u00e1brica incorpora contenidos sobre los dos pilares del Sistema de Producci\u00f3n Toyota: Jidoka y Just-In-Time.
