Es conocido por ser un hospital universitario que ofrece medicina y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de vanguardia.<\/p>\n<p>La misi\u00f3n del hospital es &#8220;proporcionar una atenci\u00f3n sanitaria de alta calidad a los habitantes de Osaka&#8221;, &#8220;fomentar profesionales sanitarios de gran calidez y confianza&#8221; y &#8220;esforzarse siempre por seguir desarrollando la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica&#8221;. La misi\u00f3n se basa en el lema de la Facultad de Medicina de la universidad: &#8220;Sabidur\u00eda, Bendici\u00f3n y Valent\u00eda&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En 2008, gracias al liderazgo del director del hospital, se introdujeron en el hospital pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de la calidad total (TQM), y desde entonces el hospital ha desarrollado una s\u00f3lida capacidad interna de TQM y de <a href=\"https:\/\/shinkamanagement.com\/es\/entrevista-lean-cuidado-de-la-salud-con-el-centro-medico-virginia-mason\/\">atenci\u00f3n sanitaria ajustada<\/a>, y ha participado activamente en redes y eventos de mejora de la calidad regionales y nacionales. El hospital lleva m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada celebrando anualmente actos de presentaci\u00f3n interna de las actividades del C\u00edrculo de Calidad.
